Horribly disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this one month ago with high hopes….and we REALLY want to love it….but let’s talk about battery life? We can’t even mow half of our small front yard on a full charge. Surely this is the exception? We have never been so disappointed! Is this normal for fully charged batteries? We have used many other Worx products and have loved them, which is why we ordered this mower. Worx is normally a great brand…maybe our batteries are just damaged? Stuck with mower…do t know what else to do?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not what I expected

I’m an avid buyer of almost all Worx tools, but this mower I am not very happy with it. The height adjustment that I have always used is a four, But when I use a four on this, it does not cut the grass at all. But when I use a height of 2 I get a few grass clipping in grass catcher.. I'm concern because I was told never to cut below four unless you’re cutting for the end of the season at a height of 3. So I might be killing my grass if I keep cutting It at a height of one. So mower might end up as a miss-fit tool in the garage or sold at a great loss to me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Intrigued by cordless electric

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Worx weeder last year and have been very pleased. So, when considering an electric mower, Worx seemed like the obvious choice. I purchased the Nitro 40V in June. I do love it for all of the obvious reasons: light weight, easy to maneuver, small footprint - storage wise. However there are some things that have been disappointing. First and foremost, the battery output. I have a .27 acre lot with a big house and almost as big garage taking up a lot of that area. According to all accounts there should be no problem mowing the entire yard on one charge. It has never happened. I realize different conditions can mean different outcome. But under any condition good or bad I have never been able to complete my yard in one charge. Secondly the time to charge is longer that stated. Seems closer to 2 hours. And one design change request. The lever for the height adjustment sticks out too far and is easily bumped when mowing around things. And there is an area by the rear wheel behind the discharge chute that has a plastic cover like (shield?) that grass get behind and compacts in - with no way to get it out. All in all I would still recommend Worx products. But there is room for improvement.
