This is one of the top 10 items I have ever purchased. I have 2 Stihl gas saws and I saw this and thought it would be great for quick jobs. I am totally amazed what a great job it does.It is my go to saw for small jobs because its so easy to setup and get going. I find it a little top heavy when I use the pole but thats to be expected and I work with it. Its so light weight you can actually use it one handed. This is my 5th WORX product and I love all their stuff. Its also a great price

Great flexibility

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It worked just great. Able to trim 18 trees in no time on a single battery charge. Also I really enjoyed the ability to convert from a pole saw to a normal hand saw. Also not having to purchase another battery since my weed eater is a 20V Worx with the same battery type.

We bought this tool a month ago and it's already paid for itself! Pruning hard to reach branches from overgrown shrubs is an easy task with the pole. My garden is already looking better!

Pole chain saw

I have been buying worxs tools for about 15 years and I love the string trimmers/edgers, hedge trimmers, and blowers. So I had high expectations when I bought the pole saw. Now I "KNOW" that this is NOT the tool if you're going to play "Lumber Jack" -- but this saw IS NOT UP TO WHAT I HAVE COME TO EXPECT FROM WORXS TOOLS -- NOT EVEN CLOSE. THERE IS NO REAL POWER - EVEN WHEN YOU DON'T USE THE POLE EXTENSION.
I would have sent it back but after adding the oil and giving it a shot I would have been messy to return. AGAIN - I LOVE THE TOOLS LISTED ABOUT -- BUT OPT FOR A BETTER TOOL BY ANY OTHER POWER TOOL MAKER. Seriously - I did my job with a pair of limb loppers in half the time it would have taken me with this saw.....
I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOOL TO ANYONE.... WASTE OF MONEY...!!!!

Great for trimming trees

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product to trim some overgrown trees in my yard. It is easy to use and works as expected. If the pole is extended, it can become a little unwieldy once you make a cut, it will try to freefall once the limb falls, but you just have to be ready for it and be ready to catch it. It is everything I expected from a chainsaw on a pole. Also amazing. Please be careful tho.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the saw being on the heavy end (extension pole snaps to the saw itself) makes it heavy and cumbersome, the chain has jumped off twice on me but I would rate it adequate for small jobs. Home owner yes, commercial no!
