I am very disappointed in this product I used it for the first time 11/18/17 to cut some palm tree stumps I ran it for around 15 mins. on and off and the battery went dead. I have other worx products which I have had no problems. So if you are looking for a chain saw don't buy this one I would not recommed.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used this a couple of times so far, but it has exceeded my expectations on how it cut. I have a small electric chain saw and the Worx battery powered one outcuts it. So far as with all my Word power tools I love it!!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This extension saw is a great product. It is ergonomical which is consistent for the Worx lineup. They think like a customer and want to make the product make sense to you. So far it has been a very positive experience.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got this I was telling my friends about it. They laughed and said that running off a 20V battery they would be able to stop it with their hands! I took them outside and told them to keep their hands in their pockets! I then showed them how it cut right through a 6 in log. They were impressed! That weekend we trimmed the 8 trees in our front yard with the saw on the pole. Then removed it to cut up the branches we had cut down so they would fit on the trailer to take to recycle. I didn't have to switch batteries until the last few branches! Now my neighbors want to use it to cut down their limbs. I would highly recommend this Pole Saw. I have a 110V pole saw that is a pain because the cord is always wrapped around something. You will have to tighten the chain after using it for a little while after the new chain stretches, but the simple auto tension makes it easy
