When I was looking to buy a small chainsaw to trim trees I read a review on your site from a guy that said he wished he had bought the one with a pole. This was the best advice I received by reading a review. I am so glad I purchased the chainsaw with the pole extender at the same time. Now I have a small chainsaw for small branches, and for trimming my trees without getting up on ladders.

10" chain saw

I bought this saw last month and have used it 3 times to clean up fallen tree branches. It works great so far. It is a little heavy when used as a pole saw but all in all a convenient tool to help around the yard. I now own 3 WORX products with the 20V batteries

A sturdy, versatile, workhorse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At extension the saw is heavy but the weight was an advantage as it applied it's own downward pressure for fairly quick and effective through-cutting. On the pole it's not for grandma but I am 70 and I managed it OK. I used my 18 inch chainsaw for the main trunk but after topping out, which was what the pole saw enabled, I could safely drop the larger trunks. Once the top portions were on the ground it was great to detach the saw from the pole and use it to dismantle it all to manageable brush. Lots of cutting stuff 2 - 6 inches. This saw paid for itself in one tree project. I love it.

Great pole saw

This pole saw is really a solid and reliable tool. I use the saw often as it detaches for easy use on fallen limbs. The saw is light weight and easy to handle for women. The pole is a bit heavy with saw attached but it’s lighter than others I had looked at in stores.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the saw being on the heavy end (extension pole snaps to the saw itself) makes it heavy and cumbersome, the chain has jumped off twice on me but I would rate it adequate for small jobs. Home owner yes, commercial no!
