I bought the claw saw as I call it and my boyfriend mentioned how this one would be good for trimming a big tree in the back yard. He loves it!

just got this, so haven't used it much. Like it but the battery needs to be the bigger size as it doesn't last very long. they said it will get some better the more times it is charged or will need to get the 4ah or 6ah battery. Works good and isn't too heavy, haven't used the pole yet.

I’m very pleased with the unit. Buzzed through some high branches with ease, then detached the pole and used the chainsaw to cut up the branches...all on one battery with power to spare.

No extension cord/No gasoline

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was getting ready to climb my ladder to raise the canopy on some oak trees in my backyard. This gem solved the problem and made my job much safer and easier. No more dragging out long extension cords for my electric or filling my gas saw with fuel! No more climbing a ladder with this ten foot pole saw. Love it! Easy to disconnect and finish the job to get the limbs to the size needed for disposal.

The only problem I had was it was a little heavy for me. I'm 66 years old, so that maybe some of my problem, but it performed great. For someone that's going to use this tool just a few times a year; it's a great buy.
