I bought a cordless pole/chain saw recently and love it so far. Instructions for use were easy so I was up and running quickly I've already trimmed one tree and cut down another one, without any issues.

Easy to operate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a large 35 year old maple tree in my front yard that seems to grow in both directions. I was nice not having to get on a ladder to cut these branches. Worked like I expected.

Unexpected problem

I recently purchased this item. Used it for the first time the other day and experienced a problem. Was cutting some tree limbs using the chain saw without the pole. Limbs were no more than 3 to 4 inches in diameter. When I finished I notice that the plastic cover around the saw blade was damaged (see photo). I would like to hear from someone to discuss this matter. Thank you.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
