Very Handy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3 gas powered saws, as anyone knows they need constant attention. Now for most small and even medium duty tasks I find myself grabbing this guy. I charge it off a solar panel, battery and inverter so the only cost is bar n chain oil. The battery lasts me about 45 minutes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live on a farm, with over 60 hybrid willow trees and a few maple and oaks. So, I have a lot of cutting and clean up to take care of. I am a 50 year woman and find this saw to be an amazing tool. It is powerful, easy to use and lightweight. This saw is the fifth WORX power tool that I have purchased and I love it! I never have an issue with any of the WORX tools I have purchased, I just charge the batteries and go.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed with Pole Saw

I ordered this product back in June but just got to use it last week due to rainy weather. I have bought several WORX products and have been satisfied with those but must say I was very disappointed with this product. its difficult to hold and operate with the two button system. It's also difficult to hold raise and hold high since all the weight is on the end being lifted. with a gas powered unit the motor counter balances the weight making it easier to manage. Seems to cut pretty good but only came with one battery which ran down quickly! The saw leaks oil after use once stored and I have a puddle of oil underneath(not sure if this is normal).I would like someone to contact me about this. I wish I had not wasted my money on this product and do not recommend it.

Thank you for your feedback and review! For safety and best performance, please do not overreach and do not cut above shoulder height when using a pole saw. This helps prevent unintended tip contact and enables better control of the chain saw in unexpected situations. WORX Also offers high capacity 20-volt batteries that provide double the run time compared to the standard 20-volt batteries. When done using the saw, and oil still left in the reservoir; Check to see that the chainsaw is stored upright position with the oil cap up. Ensure that the bar and chain are properly attached, and the saw is tensioned properly You can also try a thicker oil (thinner oils tend to work best with the auto oiling function). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this cordless pole/chain saw, the first time trying to use this saw, had to run back to the show to get oil for the chain saw. Next when I tried to use the saw the chain kept coming off, I would put it on, think I had the chain at the right tension and placement and the chain would still come off, tried to go on line to get information on my saw and there is no one at the company, chat line and I could not even get my saw registered for the warranty. So far very disappointed and not sure whether to keep it or not

Find when using this tool that it is very top-heavy very difficult to maneuver it's not well-balanced
