If product does not come with oil, what do I do?

Powerful tool must need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this to cut down high branches that are growing into our neighbors yard and also getting too close to the house. Some branches on my small trees were almost touching power lines. Works well and handles the job very well. A bit heavy at first but once you learn how to use it its manageable. I love the added bonus of the pole saw the saw can actually be used to cut logs and other things. its like a 2 in 1.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my first use, I am entirely satisfied with the performance, features, and ease of use. This is my first chain saw, so I did read all the instructions.
If I had a gripe, it would be that during use I set it down on nearby cement, flat, and it somehow spilled a little oil from around the chain onto the cement. I will definitely be more weary of that next time.
I intentionally chose this model over the JawSaw because I was concerned about the weight. When the pole gets half to fully extended, you get a great reach but it is hard to control. At least for me as I am 5'7" but not exactly what I would describe as muscular. I was not anywhere near as sore as I expected the next day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wonderful New Tool

Bought the Cordless Pole/Chain Saw a few weeks ago for my husband. He has used it to cut limbs from trees and long branches that have fallen from trees. He said it is excellent for what he has used it for so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this item a month ago and I have been going to town cleaning up the back yard and trimming up the front.Being 5'7" and afraid of heights this is a blessing

I am happy with this product. Cuts limbs in tall trees easily. Thin branches don't always cut all the way through though. A little heavy to handle.
