Exceeded my expectations,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the pole Chain/saw right out of the box, simple instructions. Clearing high tree limbs.Very light, easy to extend the pole, Surprising power from a very small battery.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great pole and chain saw did a great job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased this as an early Christmas Gift for my husband. He trimmed his Pineapple Palm Tree which is huge. It was easy to operate and did a wonderful job! I highly recommend anything made by Worx. We own the line trimmer, the blower, the little vacuum and now the chain saw. Next will be the scissors.

easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do require modification to prevent retractive force even after the trigger is off. There is possible safety concern and harm to the person who is operating it. Design should be such that the moment the saw is deenergized the chain should stop rotating. Possible way to do that is to have fail safe braking on the disc.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We do recommend when removing Pole Saw from a cut with saw running at full speed to stop Pole Saw by releasing trigger, and make sure chain has stopped before setting Pole Saw down.

Great for cutting up small branches and trees

Very happy with the chain saw ability and length of charge. The extension pole reaches as far as I am comfortable doing myself from the ground. Light enough for both my wife and I to use. Had an evergreen trees with multiple dead branches that the pole enabled me to reach without having to climb underneath the canopy. Pleased that the charge lasted the length of each job done to date. Has been used more than anticipated. Oil is readily available from the hardware store to put into the easy-to-read reservoir. The battery fits snugly, so removing it is safer with two people. EASY TO USE! The fee that would have been charged by my tree trimmer for the first job I did with my WORX chain saw paid for the saw.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great chain saw
