Great cutter - long reach!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got to use my new pole saw over the weekend - cleaning up a partially downed limb. Worked beautifully out of the box - just added some chain oil. Battery ran out before the job was done - after about 60 minutes of run time, so a spare battery is needed. Otherwise, great product!

easy to handle

This saw is small but mighty. It had no hesitation cutting down a 9 foot dead arborvitae that we had in the front yard. It is easy to handle and not too heavy. I did use the battery from the weed eater as I am not impressed with the battery that came with the saw. Overall I will give this saw a 10.

Efficent for 20V power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was initially hesitant to purchase a 20V cordless. I didn't think it would have enough power to cut much at one time w/o recharging. I am impressed with how fast it can cut through tree limbs/ branches with either pole option or standalone chainsaw. I have only used 1/3 of the battery power after 3 separate pruning operations. Uses little chainsaw oil. Chainsaw is quite light and cuts fast. Fully extended pole takes a little effort to maneuver. Well worth it. Now I can do pruning in a few minutes versus 1/2 hour plus with a manual saw on a pole. Also able to do pruning that wasn't feasible before.

Good for cleaning out low hanging deadwood and unwanted low hanging limbs. Quick work on removing branches to big for lopping shears from large limbs during cleanup. Light weight saw is a plus, but on the pole it could be a little awkward for someone of small stature when fully extended. This is best for light duty homeowners.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and absolutely love it. I was able to cut 5 loads of limbs on just 3 batteries.

Useful tool but a bit heavy when using extension

I had bought this for our last year ice storm and it was useful. I had try using with the extension and it was quite heavy but had learned how to balance it to make it useful. I would have gave it a 5 if it weren't for the weight when using with extension.

Still in awe

I bought this to reach some of the branches overhanging the house and driveway. It worked great. But it works so great that my gas chain saw hasn't been out of the case since getting this. I'm amazed and the size of logs and trees this will handle. Not for the lumberjack, but for the homeowner .... you just can't beat the quality and convenience of this saw. Does everything I need and I don't have to mix gas or pull on a chord anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got it delivered! Loved that is was basically all together put some oil in and fire it up. Worxs like a charm! I was able to get the trees trimmed up in no time. Good weight with pole extension, and my arms did not get tired. The chain did come off on last tree, but goes on easily. Wanted to get the 14in although it wasn’t in stock at the time. The day I used the 10in, I received a back in stock email from Worxs that the 14in was available. (Which I commend the Company for send the email.) Needed the saw for community spring clean up, so I bought what was available. Very happy with it, no matter what they say on YouTube :)
