Love this tool!

Have had this tool for a few years now, used it as a pole saw for lopping off dead branches but mainly have used it as a chain saw bucking up trees for firewood. It has basically replaced the two gas-powered chain saws I already own and it’s quiet so I don’t bother the entire neighborhood when I use it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to purchase this last year and didn't because I was worried how well could a battery chainsaw work? Purchased about a month ago and it's been great. Very easy to use and cuts trees with ease.

Decent for really small jobs but not that great

This is my first pole saw. Purchased a few weeks ago and finally had sometime to use it. I was able to get about 5-6 cuts until the chain either wore out or just simply stopped cutting (I am going to replace the chain and how this helps). As another review mentioned, the machine doesn't really cut, it tears. The tears on the branches are visible so if this is an issue then you might want a more powerful machine.

Two issues kept it from beeing a 5 star

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product but i have two issues that even there support could not address. The first issue is that the Auto-Tension does not really work. The chain looses up and jumps off the guide, l am glad it is easy to put back on. The second issue is that it drips oil wile stored on a level shelf. Support told me this is normal and I just need to refill it before using it.
