"WORX" Great!

Purchased and used the next day. After a few years of a Poulan, this chainsaw made a dreaded job surprisingly much easier. The auto lock system is simple, straight forward and a fantastic feature. Not to mention the no tools needed feature. Using this WORX chainsaw I did the same job but in about half the time it took with my old Poulan. One suggestion, be sure you have some bar chain oil on hand. The bottle that came with the product filled the oil reservoir only half way.

Plenty of power, easy to tighten chain tension. The first thing I did was to cut through a 22" diameter douglas fir log and it handled it with ease.

I bought this saw a few weeks ago and love it, because it is so light and easy to use. I liked it so much that I bought the Jaw saw with the 6 foot extension to safely cut limbs.

Not my first electric chainsaw, but easily the best one. Solid construction and safe design. Particularly effective is the motor brake and metal spikes at the base of the blade to grab into the wood. Although rated at 15 amps it has not tripped 15 amp circuit breakers. Two issues have my rating just under 5 stars: 1) clip for electrical cord to shallow for 12 gauge. Fine for 16 gauge. So cord bumps into trigger fingers. 2) Big, strong motor is not centered causing unbalanced saw to twist and cut in an arc. Takes effort to keep a straight cut.

I have had this saw for over 3yrs. I cut 4-8 cords a year with it. This is my go-to saw. I love how easy it is to maintain. By keeping the chain sharp and cleaning out under the sprocket cover with a compressor your saw will be ready when you need it.
I own 8 chainsaws (I think they multiply when you aren't looking). If I could only have 1 then it would be this one. It has never let me down and impressively handles oak and locust. Because it is so easy to maintain, when I have to use a gas saw I will cut the logs in 3 piece lengths then finish them with the Worx saw when I bring them to the wood pile.

I am giving 5 stars because the chainsaw works great. I added oil and started cutting branches right out of the box with no issues. The chainsaw does a great job and after watching my neighbor working on his gas chainsaw was happy not to deal with getting it to start. My only was the saw didn't come on 7-10 business days but after calling customer service they delivered it in 2 days.

I bought this saw 2 weeks ago. It works great. I have cut a half dozen trees down with it, anywhere from 10 inch to 18 inch diameter, and it never bogged down, it cut through them like butter. The chain adjuster is also a great feature, no tools needed, you just turn a knob counter clockwise until it gets loose, then turn clockwise until tight. It is a great feature, it takes about 10 seconds.
