Cuts a good as my Poulan 18" Gas

Bought this because I got tired of trying to get my gas one started after I hadn't used it for a couple of months. This starts with a pull on the switch(except for the one time it had me cussing before I realized I had kicked the brake on!) No smoke or fumes! Starts on the first pull. It does seem strange when notice you can smell the Chain Oil! I've cut up a huge Ash tree, 1 Oak, 3 Hickory, and 1 Catalpa! It is still working as good as when I started. I did replace the chain with a better quality one after I found some concrete inside the Ash that the previous owner had installed for me (it's NOT good for concrete work!) I highly recommend this to everyone who talks about chainsaws. I did have to use my generator to run it when I got to far from the house. I do use a 12 gage 100ft extension cord. Have had it for over a year and LOVE IT! Always looking for ways to use it. Hope you have as good as results as I have.

Bought 18 inch Worx saw and immediately put it to work taking down 6-60 to 70 foot pines and 6 cedar trees (missing from photos). The saw was a pleasure to operate with great power and lighter than a gas chain saw.

starts every time

Bought the WG304.1, 18 saw several years ago. I have cut about 8 cords of wood, sharpened the chain twice and all still works great. Easy to clean, and maintaining a tight chain is a cinch because of there are no tools required and it only takes about 20 seconds to tighten the chain. I would suggest purchasing a spare chain and sprocket when you buy the unit. The most difficult thing I have had is trying to purchase a new chain, seems like everyone is out of stock...

This is a great yard tool. I needed a new saw to finish my tree work when my old 14" chainsaw died. This is a perfect upgrade and replacement for managing my trees around the house. The self oiling and chain tensioner are great allowing me to finish removing a tree and to cut it up in manageable lengths of all diameters up to even 20". It is very smooth and easy to manage. I expect it to serve me well for a long time. Thanks for such a well designed chainsaw.

I am no a lumberjack and don't play one on TV. That said, I got a backyard full of trees. Not very useful except as a continuous source of firewood and the Worx 18" Electric Chainsaw is just what the doctor ordered.
Very easy to use. Cuts through even large trees easily. Makes it easy for me to take the tree down, cut into good sized logs and then split into fire wood. Perfect to light to medium duty. All you need is a long enough extension cord - mine is 200' - safety glasses, gloves and appropriate attire and you are ready to live out your hardy woodsman fantasy.

A great saw and you do not have to pull it to cran

I bought one of these saws a year ago, and is the best chainsaw I have ever had. I have five gasoline powered chainsaws, one of which is brand-new, but because of EPA regulations. I cannot set it to run at the elevation that we saw would at. I love my will worx chainsaw, I have six blades that I rotate out as were cutting in the woods. You cannot beat this all for production and another good thing about it. If I want to use it in the shop I can, there is no fumes from an gasoline chainsaw. Have generator mounted on truck and tractor that are used for pulling logs out of the woods. Most of the trees that I saw all our 20 to 24 inches in diameter, with some up to 36 inches

I was skeptical about buying an electric chain saw. I have a gas powered chain saw and although it works great, when I can get it started, it is not always reliable. Worx electric chain saw was an extreme surprise. It is light, dependable, cuts very easily without any problem. The self adjustment tension is a real plus and the ease of removing the blade without any tools is really a superb idea. I highly recommend the Worx 15 Amp Electric 18" Chainsaw. P.S. Federal Express left the chain saw on my front steps, in the rain. The box was totally soaked. I had left a message for Federal Express to leave the package in between two doors in a dry place. They ignored my message. I recommend you us UPS.
