Lots of amp power

I was able to cut through two 14 inch tree bases and cut up the pieces without any problems with this Worx 15 amp chainsaw. The only downside was I had to get some bar n chain oil right away. I like the safety bar idea and it handle quite nicely.

The product arrived on time as promised. It was in a box with the actual chain portion sticking out without any protective packaging. We were afraid that it might have been damaged in transit. We used it on three dead trees and it went like butter in all three. A pleasant surprise. It is very good buy for the money we spent.

User friendly and powerful!

I've used this 18" chainsaw on two large trees and it worked very well. Have gotten a lot of use clearing a wooded lot also and this saw can hold preform just as well as the gas version though you do need generator and extension cord. Love the confidence of just plugging in and getting right to work. NO more hard to start pull string motors. You will be happy to own this reliable and powerful tool.

Saw is one of the best I've owned as I've always used Gas/oil mix and they're always a pain getting started. Not this one, and I don't need a heavy duty saw any longer. Works every time!

Great tool for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looked at many different saws and chose this one. It works well. Cut a lot of fairly big logs without any problems. A little slower than a gas powered modeled, but none of the headaches. Very pleased with it.

Best chainsaw I've ever owned.

Mine is a 16" 14.5 amp Worx chainsaw which I've had for 1.5 years. I've cut about 8 cords of aspen and haven't even had to sharpen it yet. (How do they do that?). The self-adjusting tensioner and oil sight gage are both great features. I recently retired from a 46 year career as a design engineer and I think this is the best engineered and built piece of equipment I've ever owned.
I use a gas saw in the forest, cut trees to 9 ft lengths, then slice them up to 18" back at the house. It's a great system.
