Perfect for my needs

This small chainsaw has plenty of power and is lightweight to handle. I was able to cut back all of my shrubs and take down 3" limbs from pine trees. Perfect for the smaller jobs because the regular chainsaw is too unwieldy for me to use. Did I mention that it is so much fun to use?!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this in the fall for trimming limbs and such and absolutely loved it! It works great! My husband called it a toy. Then one day we had a tree fall on our fence and his 2 gas powered saws were causing him issues so he needed my "toy" to finish up. I loved walking the property looking for stuff to clean up.
I had read reviews about the chain oil leak but after a few uses I didn't have a problem so I thought I got lucky.
Then after it sat in the shed for about 1 week I went out to get it and was devastated to see oil all over the shelf it sat on. It was completely empty because somewhere there is a massive leak. I can't operate a chainsaw that has chain oil pouring out of it.
I would recommend this if you can get the one that isn't going to get a leak in a short time.

With a saw designed to self-lubricate during operation, a little oil leakage is normal. To help minimize and prevent leakage, we recommend the following:
-Use only enough oil for the task at hand.
-Remove oil cap and immediately replace it after operation to vent the oil tank. This relieves any accumulated pressure during the oiling process.
-Allow the saw to cool down before storing.
-Wipe down the saw sprocket area.
-Remove oil from saw before storage.
-Store the saw horizontally when not in use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I carried my chainsaw in my truck when living in the backwoods in Wisconsin, never knew when I'd need one to get into or out of the cabin. I now drive an SUV up north and will not carry my gas chainsaw inside because of the fumes. My brother has had a worx for a couple of years and really likes it, works great, so I'm joining the club.

This saw is amazing. Received as a gift and man do I love it. Easy to use and went well past expectations. Auto tension and oiler are life saver. Cut up to 8 to 9 inch limbs no problem. No issues infield what so ever. Loved so much, ordered 16 inch nitro chainsaw the following week. You will not be disappointed with worx tools.

Great small chainsaw

I bought this with the pole so I could trim limbs from our crepe myrtle trees and other trees as well. We also have your jaw saw and have used it successfully for 3 years, but it can’t get into some tight spaces. This little saw is heavier on the end of the pole than I had anticipated, but it does the job. I would recommend it for anyone strong enough to manage it.

I have the electric chain saw and loved it but wanted more freedom of a battery powered one. It does not come with the ball and chain oil needed to operate it. After first use I didn’t find it all that powerful. I am considering returning it but will give it another try first.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
