Super convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this chainsaw a few weeks ago. I had some bushes/shrubs that needed thinned out. It worked perfectly. It was easy to assemble, light weight, and convenient for my small projects. I like the battery feature (interchangeable with other Worx 20V equipment). I don’t have enough “heavy” yard work for a traditional chainsaw so this was exactly what I was looking for.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Got this two weeks ago. Put it together, charged the battery, pushed the thumb lock, pulled the trigger and absolutely Nothing happened, nothing. Have really liked the other products I have purchased from worx, but this is a disappointment. Trying to find an authorized repair shop before returning it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this hoping I’d be able to handle it and use it. I’m a 62 year old woman who does a lot of DIY and gardening. It would’ve cost me 10x what I paid for this for someone else to come in and do the work. I am a WORX fan!! I have many of their yard work tools love them all!!

Easy to use and a lot of fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and happy I did. I just used it for the first time today to clear some trees away from my creek bed. I was really happy with how easy it was use. I am a 53yr old woman and have never used a chain saw before. My father was always the one to use the chain saws. He is 87 now and can no longer lift the heavy saws. He tried this one out and was happy with how light it was. I might have to buy another one as he likes this little guy so much I had to sneak it out of the house. Thank You Worx you guys always have just what I am looking for.
