Somewhat disappointing

I bought this a month ago and I am not thrilled with the chainsaw. I had trouble cutting small honeysuckle limbs! The chain jumped off a couple of times and it cracked in the plastic. Returning!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It was great for trimming up trees

Spent more time replacing chain than using saw.

Purchased this in spring and just got it out of box recently. Lightweight and very easy to use for at least 15 min. and then chain comes off and trying to get it back on is assinine. Need three hands to hold blade in place and try to attach chain and then you can't see throught the cover to line up screw.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One way to help alleviate the issue is to take the bar and chain off of the tool, then reassemble it to make sure it is tightly in place. After you place the bar and chain on the tool, pull the bar outwards (away from the motor) and then start twisting the auto tension knob.
As you tighten the knob, lift the tip of the bar at a slight upwards angle. Once fully tightened, let go of the bar and check the tension in the chain. Tipping the bar at an upward angle as you tighten it allows for added tension and typically resolves any issues with the chain popping off. Too soon to tell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I love the Worx lineup and have several products. I have the electric chain saw and loved it but wanted more freedom of a battery powered one. It does not come with the ball and chain oil needed to operate it. After first use I didn’t find it all that powerful. I am considering returning it but will give it another try first.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I carried my chainsaw in my truck when living in the backwoods in Wisconsin, never knew when I'd need one to get into or out of the cabin. I now drive an SUV up north and will not carry my gas chainsaw inside because of the fumes. My brother has had a worx for a couple of years and really likes it, works great, so I'm joining the club.
