Does what it's supposed to do

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a few weeks ago and it is perfect for small projects. Certainly wouldn't cut down a tree with it - but makes quick work of tree limbs and the battery seems to last longer than I expected

Chain oii compartment leaks. Disconcerting for a new piece of equipment.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and review with us! Please ensure that the bar and chain have been properly tensioned. Some oil dripping while in storage is normal. However, make sure it is stored in an upright position with the oil cap facing up. Also, you can try a thicker oil, however, thinner oils tend to work best with the auto oiling function. Most importantly, keep in mind WORX tools are covered by a warranty. We are happy to replace the saw if needed. Camper collection!

I have only used it twice. It was an addition to my Worx camper collection. One battery for all power. When I need it to cut limbs or fire wood it sure beats and ax.

I bought this for my husband for his birthday AND because we had some abatement work to do at our cabin. It came one day earlier than expected! He loved it and I finally got the birthday present right! He is now hinting about Christmas!
