I bought this a month ago to clear brush and small branches .It was very powerful for a battery operated tool I would recommend buying it

Came through when others did not

We live a mile up a dirt road on a mountain in North Carolina. We bought this a year ago to keep in our car, just in case a smaller tree fell across the road. Never happened. Then this morning, a huge dead tree half-way up the hill above our house came crashing down, taking out six other trees on the way down. Thankfully, the avalanche missed the house, but both our drives were buried. We gassed up the sturdy Stihl, but couldn't get it to start. Powered up the 14" Ego -- no go on even the medium-sized trunks. In desperation, we grabbed this little guy. Oh, my gosh! We are so impressed! It took a little longer than we hoped, but both drives are clear -- and on only one battery charge. Thank you Worx!

surprisingly good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] lest face it, chainsaws take a beating. I now have 3 Worx tools and they have all exceeded expectations. this chainsaw is light but tough. the tensioner works well and removes the hassle of finding/carrying a wrench, even if the chain falls off, its very easy to get it back in place with good tension. Having 3 batteries makes for pleny of run time for cleanup jobs but production cutting is still a bit overly ambitious. ..which i expected, so no complaints - 1 yr in.

Light but gets the job done

I love this little easy to use battery operated chain saw, wt. is just right and handles well. I have gotten alot of unsightly trimming done with this gem! I would definitely recommend it!

Great Saw

I just bought this saw because I have areas where there isn't any electricity for my WORX electric chain saw. WOW, this battery-powered saw is great! Long battery life before it needs to be recharged! I managed to cut down all of the small trees I needed to cut down, then cut them up and power to spare! really like this saw!
