No gas needed, just bar oil and go.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband would never let me use his chain saw, which he always had a hard time starting. So I bought the 20 volt from Worx. It his just the right size and weight for me to use. I may have to get the 40 volt for my husband since he’s about ready to throw the one he has away.

Wrong Chainsaw to Buy

Was cutting a 2” branch and chain seized up and motor stopped. Check auto tension mechanism and nothing was seemed to be wrong. Battery had a Full charge. Un-screwed the tension knob and took off cover and had to force the chain and bar off the saw and bar lossened up and re-assembled the saw and continued to saw and seized again. Will send back to WORX foe a larger saw
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The battery life is exceptional and last longer than expected. He said its compact enough to not take too much workspace and it gets the job done quickly. Would recommend this to anyone doing various tasks outside their home.

Money Saver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My chainsaw arrived on 26 of July and have been using it for 3 weeks with no problems. I had to get bar oil so did not start using it until the evening of the 27th. I have three brush piles ready to burn and the place is looking much better! It would of cost me 10 times the price of the saw to hire it done.

The 10" cordless chainsaw is perfect for me (female, age-67 years). It is light and easy to use. When working in my yard I would use a hand saw to cut of small tree branches. Now it is a breeze with the Worx 10" "cordless" chainsaw. Cordless aspect making the tool more invitable to use. I am happy...

Great for my small yard
