Battery do not gold charged

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The saw itself is very powerful , it just the battery does not hold charge it only last for 20 minutes. Not happy with these purchased

Thank you for sharing your experience and review! WORX batteries run different amounts of time depending on the tool, but for the most part, the 2.0 Ah batteries average about 20 minutes of run-time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to age, I need light weight and ease of maintenance and handling; this saw is perfect for me. I just bought my 12 year old grandson his own saw so he can assist grandma. We both (play) together to clean up honeysuckle.

When I bought my acre and a quarter of land over 41 years ago it did not have a tree one or bush on it anywhere. Over those years I have planted quite a few trees of various kinds. I recently bought the battery operated chain saw. I am so excited and can’t wait for the weather to clear where I can spruce up all my lower tree limbs. I love how heavy duty it is but light enough for a man of my age to handle. I have the trimmer and blower that Worx makes and I love them so much I didn’t hesitate to purchase the chainsaw. The battery is so easy to recharge and use. I’m looking forward to having the best looking trees in my neighbor.

I brought this about 1 month ago. Great value for a chainsaw that is light but tough. My son used it to cut limbs down on his land, he now wants one!! I am 67 years old and I can handle jobs in the yard with ease. I also appreciate the safety features, no electrical cords or having to measure gas. The battery is long lasting which is a plus.
I highly recommend this chainsaw due to quality, performance, lighter weight and reasonably priced.

i tried the saw and friends also tried it on small limbs would not cut at all. would never recommend this saw to any one
