We love these cordless Worx tools. They are lightweight, compact and convenient. The battery lasts plenty long enough to get the job done. Very pleased with the great deal on this set.

leaks oil

Hello Valued Customer, thank you for sharing your experience and review! We greatly appreciate your honest feedback as it gives us a better understanding of where we need to improve. With a saw designed to self-lubricate during operation, a little oil leakage is normal. To help minimize and prevent leakage, we recommend the following:
-Use only enough oil for the task at hand.
-Remove oil cap and immediately replace it after operation to vent the oil tank. This relieves any accumulated pressure during the oiling process.
-Allow the saw to cool down before storing.
-Wipe down the saw sprocket area.
-Remove oil from saw before storage.
-Store the saw horizontally when not in use.

Can do any small tree job

I bought and received this wonderful 10in. Cordless chainsaw about 3 weeks ago and I am in love… I’m an older gal with a husband that can’t safely work in the yard anymore and this little gem really makes it easy to keep our older small trees and bigger bushes under control. I love it !!!

10” chain saw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [Employee of worx] I bought this last month and had to return it because of defect.
Received replacement and it assembled perfect. I’m a disabled veteran and 81 years old and anxious to use it.
My other 3 Worx tools ( trimmer, blower & power washer)are all still working great and are approaching 3 year warranty. I’m hoping batteries do not wear out as I can not afford to replace them.
Very good tools in my opinion.

Handy little thing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had the chance to use 1 time. While it does not have the power of a gas chain saw it is perfect for the limbs that have fallen in yard and drive way. Anything under 8-10 inches piece of cake. Worth every penny!
