How can I get another one of the housings/string auto-feed units for this product? Mine seems to have incurred some damage that prevents it from auto-feeding correctly. Even the orange manual-feed button on the side is broken off & no longer functional. Other than this I really like this trimmer.
I am 80 years old and I love this trimmer! Wore this one out just ordered another. I love my WORX chain saw and blower. Can’t use my jaw one any more can’t hold it up!! To heavy!
This weed trimmer tool works great, easy to use, and lasts a good 30-40 min on a charge. It had a hard time cutting the thick stalks of mustard weeds, but cut nicely all others. I also have a worx blower and prolong my trimming time by usin g it’s interchangeable batteries.
I've had this trimmer for about a year and it really delivers on battery life. I have a large property and have to use a gas trimmer for the bulk of my trimming, but around the gardens and walkways, the Worx trimmer is easier to use and less messy. It's hard for me to keep the buttons depressed because the positioning is a little inconvenient. It wastes as lot of line as well. I have to carry a pair of pliers with me when I trim to unjam the line. I'd say that about 25% of the time that I spend is unjamming the trimmer line, but most trimmers with line spools do that. Still, It does a good job and I don't need ear protection!
I ordered Worx again after another good name brand battery operated weed eater gave me lots of trouble with the string. Only complaint is 2 20 volt batteries do not last as long as my previous 1 40 volt battery did do I have to charge batteries to finish my work
@ 77 I find it a good size and weight to handle my trimming. Very pleased with it and with WORX. Between gifts from my sons and what I have purchased I am getting well”WORX” equipped!
