Great power and does the job of a professional.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a real string trimmer, as powerful as any gas trimmer. Here in the south the grass grows quick and we strong powerful trimmer, the dual line really helps also. I can use it as an edger or string trimmer.

Purchased Trimmer a month ago. I an a stickler about clean lines on the perimeter of my lawn and edges. This is simply this best tool I have ever used.

The Worx trimmer is so light that I was able to trim around the house and dog pen with no issues! I really feel that I can help my husband now with the yard work!!

Great Improvement from My Previous 18V Trimmer

Quite a difference from my 18V trimmer I had been using. The power of having two 20V batteries on board the trimmer seemed to make trimming and edging effortless. Highly recommend!

Auto feeder not working / spool cap flies off

I purchased this unit to replace a very old worx 18v weed trimer I have had for years, well let's list the problems in order 1.st - shaft is not adjustable so you are stuck with the overall length and handle placement. 2nd - the auto feed button is a joke, it feeds when it want's to or just doesn't feed at all. 3rd - the unit is back end heavy so you are constantly fighting to keep the trimmer head down and cutting. 4th - the detachable wheels are re-designed and they sit taller than the old unit did so by sitting higher when you go to use as an edger you have to make several passes to make a clean cut because the string needs to be fully extended or you will miss large sections where the string was barely making contact so you have to go back over it again. 5.th - over all the unit is not worth the price and the extra time it will take you to go back over the same area two and three times which then cut's into the battery life , you would think two 20v batteries would handle an average city lot but NO ! the only thing I am certain of is I wish I had never purchased this unit, Do your self a favor and look at something else this is not the one you want.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this trimmer

I’ve had this trimmer for a couple years now and it still works like new. I bought this because the battery to my 20v trimmer was starting to wear out after several years. I would never purchase any other brand trimmer. You can’t beat the quality.

Lightweight and powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This trimmer surpassed my expectations by out performing all the other string trimmers I've used except my 17" 25cc Homelite. It preformed just as well as my gas power trimmer, but it's much lighter and easier to use. I trimmed my whole, half acre back yard, (which is fenced in with17 fruit trees, grapevines, blackberry and blueberry bushes as well as 3 buildings and 6 flower beds to trim around) on a single charge and in record time.
