Exceptional trimmer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 acres of lawn and garden on the inside and outside of the property. I can trim all needed areas with one charge. There power level of this trimmer impressive to the completion of the job.

Battery life

I bought this a couple months ago and the batteries last maybe 15 minutes before they need a 4 hour charge. Not sure if I just got bad batteries but this has been a disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate you choosing WORX and sharing your feedback and review. Please ensure the batteries have been fully charged before use. This trimmer provides up to 45 minutes of run time. Run time will vary from user to user as everyone works differently. This trimmer also comes with the WA3770 dual charger. It takes each supplied battery (WA3525 2.0Ah 20 Volt battery) 1 hour to charge. You have the option to charge one battery at a time, or both batteries can be charged at the same time. When charging two batteries at the same time, it will take 130 minutes, just a little over 2 hours. Please be sure that the batteries are being fully charged for maximum run time. If you have more questions, please contact our Solution Center Team at 866-354-9679 Monday through Friday from 9 am until 6 pm EST. We'd be more than happy to assist you!

Small, convenient, powerful & string last longer!

Bought this to replace my two-stroke weed eater, best choice i've made. It's powerful and the string last a great deal longer than what i've been using. Great trimmer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the old 19V Trimmer and upgraded to this one. I am now able to completely trim my lawn 3 times before the batteries need to be charged. It is a very powerful and cuts thick grass and weeds with ease.

I bought my first one 3 years ago and was very happy with it. The batteries didn’t keep charge so I purchased a new one. It is perfect for me,light weight for a small lady.
