Light weight and easy to handle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used gas powered trimmers until now, always thought that battery power would be weak but I got surprised when I used this40 v cordless trimmer. It really does the job without all the hassle of trying to start all the others. Very light weight, easy to handle with adjustable hand grip you can move to suit you. I really like this Worx, it's great
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this to handle tougher areas because it has more power and a dual string. It has not disappointed! We will not go back to a gas weed eater ever again!

40 volt trimmer can cut some big weeds!!!!

I had a 20 volt WORX trimmer and loved it. I upgraded to a 40 volt (which used 2 of my same 20 volt batteries). Amazed at how much difference in power. Very light-weight to handle (I am 80 years old) and it plays havoc with the weeds!! We have several steep hillsides that we have to weed eat every couple weeks. String is very strong.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Keeps braking the string in little pieces

Does anyone knows the reason why this trimmer suddenly after a year started cutting the line in little pieces every time I turn it off then on. I used 2 reels and it only worked once I turned it on, the next time started making a huge noise and the line unreeled so much that I had to open the compartment and reeled it in. Then it just keep cutting until there is no more line. I inspected and see nothing off but the automatic line button never worked. Can someone helped. I cannot keep buying trimmers every other year. This is my second.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
