Area around the buttons about to break

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just noticed that the plastic handle area that connects to the batteries, very critical area has a crack and it is about to break completely. I think the batteries are so heavy that it puts lots of pressure in that area and that's where all the controls are? And Innovative Command Feed only worked once or twice when it was brand new. I am under warranty and need to know what to do to get a repair or replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use lightweight and no need for gas

I bought this 3 weeks ago and I’ve used it a few times. It does the job of those noisy gas weedwackers. Works great all around my 1/2 acre of property

40v trimmer

This was sent to replace a 56v trimmer you no longer carry, which battery time was much better. 40v. Seems like Im just gettinng started and it's done. So I use the 24v to get some more done. I expected battery time from the 40v. As far as recommendations if you have a small yard would be great.

Disappointed!

I bought this trimmer less than 1 year ago and loved it. I had even recommended this to others! However, a couple weeks ago, the power started cutting out on a full battery. I discovered that the handle had cracked across right below the round start button for some reason! Perhaps the dual batteries are too heavy on the top end of it? I love this trimmer and hope for a response as to why this has happened. Hopefully. Worx will stand behind their product and compensate me for a brand new one as it is still under warranty. I anxiously await your response. Thank you.

Great tool!

I'm very pleased with the power and the ability to cut longer grass and thick weeds. The batteries also last an acceptable amount of time for what I am doing. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
