AFTER CHARGING FOR 5 HRS....BATTERY HAS GREAT POWER, MUCH MORE POWER THAN 18 VOLT BATTERY I BOUGHT IN 2011..SHOULD CUT MY TRIMMING TIME.....JOHN P.

Now I don’t have to share one battery for two devices.
Shipping was a bit slow, but I noticed Do Not Ship on Planes printed on the box. Makes sense.

I have just purchased these (2) Batteries WA 3575 because the first ones were so good. When it works I like it... Unitl I say I don't like it... ha Don't run out...

Would not charge. Remained red during all efforts to charge. I have similar items with no charging problems!!

Hello there! It's unfortunate to learn your battery is not working properly at this time. A red light indicates a defective battery. Worx batteries are now covered by a three-year manufacturer’s warranty and it covers missing and malfunctioning parts. For warranty eligibility criteria and questions, please contact our Solution Center Team at 866-354-9679 Monday through Friday from 9 am until 6 pm EST and on Saturday from 9 am until 3 pm EST.
