Batteries develop a memory

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These battery packs develop a memory, much like the old NiCd batteries of days gone by. I have four batteries that I have gotten less and less time out of since purchasing them two years ago. They are all four now useless. I can place them on the charger overnight, and first thing the next morning pop them onto my cordless trimmer and it runs for about two seconds before dying. I'll be in the market for a different brand of cordless trimmer, since two years doesn't seem like a fair trade for the amount of use I got out of these.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This battery came with my leaf blower and it is a weakling. After just a few charging cycles, this battery no longer takes a charge and will no longer run the leaf blower at full speed. And I know that the problem is with the battery because another more powerful battery runs the leaf blower just fine. For what these batteries cost, they should last longer and perform at a higher level. I like the Worx tool line, but I’ll never buy a 2.0 battery from them again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replacement Lithium battery

I bought this several weeks ago and I’m extremely happy with the 20 v lithium battery replacing my 18 v one. I was worried I would have to throw away my Worx weed wacker because I couldn’t get a battery. I love the extra power from this battery and the longer running time. It uses the same charger which is another benefit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

20V Battery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very pleased that I could not only buy a battery to fit my old equipment that lasts and lasts but that I could buy a battery that was also more powerful and presumably better technology and that also fit my old chargers. I had been disappointed that your newer batteries did not fit in my chargers on in my equipment but the 20V solved the problem. I've used your products for years and admire the engineering and performance.

Convenient

'm a tool junkie, I have Ryiobi, DeWalt, Porter Cable, Millwalki, Hitachi and more. Its a menagerie of chargers and batteries. The above tools are great but when I went to replace battery I was shocked at the price. I bought aftermarket ones that didn't last long but I didn't want to throw the tool out. When I found Worx I thought it was worth a try, I bought the snake and it worked great Today I bought their mower and small screwdriver that holds the screw ( I have fat fingers and keep dropping small screws ) they all use the same batteries. Every time 1 of mine dies am going to replace it with a Worx version.

Battery Life

I purchased the blower, hedger and edger with two batteries a little over a year ago . the tools are great however one of the batteries already died and wont charge again. if I have to buy a new battery every year the tools are not worth it and I will go back to electric.
