Hi there!
For example, if you start off with a 20V drill, you can use that same battery to help power a 40V trimmer and an 80V mower. If you own a 32 V WORX tool a 20V OWRX battery is not compatible because it is not in the same voltage family. Thank you for your review and for choosing WORX.

the wall plug in charger I received with my hedge trimmer has a connection prong at the end of the cord, but it does not fit into the battery to charge! what am I missing? The trimmer is great, but after a year my battery has died, and I cannot get the charger to plug into the battery to re charge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought an extra battery for my leaf blower. Glad I did. Great to just plug in new battery and keep going
