New DW 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After installation there were a few items, we did not really notice. Like the racks tines are slanted instead of straight up like the old DW so still taking time to figure the best setup when placing dishes in the bottom rack. Also, another issue was once installed all of the controls are on the top of the door of the DW so once you make your selection you cannot see the status of the wash cycle and it seems to be very long for a normal wash cycle like 2 hours BUT found the quick wash setting so not to bad. We like the third or top shelf for knifes and larger utensils and low or flat containers. Another nice feature was the flips to hold the stems on a wine glass. Still figuring out loading techniques but even with the third shelf it appears to do a great job cleaning even though everything looks very cramped.

Great Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed to buy a new dishwasher and this one was affordable and had decent features compared to the last one we had. The machine is very quiet and has done a remarkable job. There is plenty of space but a weird layout if you don’t follow the manufacture recommended load pattern. The cycles are quite long, but does an excellent job.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not what I was hoping for. I thought a 3rd rack would be handy, but items don't get clean. The heavy-duty cycle is 2 hours long and still doesn't get my dishes clean. The soap dispenser broke 4 months in to use and trying to get it fixed has not been an easy task.

I also feel like some sort of film is left on the dishes but that could be the tabs I use. I like the different shelves although I don't understand what the top shelf is for

Rinse aid improves drying, reduces water spots, and prevents filming. With it, water sheets off dishes rather than forming droplets. In some models, you can adjust rinse aid levels.
