[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my new dishwasher for less than a month but I am so incredibly happy with how clean it gets my dishes! I have had a dishwasher for 16 years that I had to essentially wash the dishes and then put them in the dishwasher for sanitizing. I keep putting dirtier and dirtier dishes in this new Frigidaire and it keeps getting all of them clean! If I could change something it would be an option to turn off drying. I prefer to save the electricity and let them air dry. Nevertheless, this is my favorite appliance in my house right now!!!

Terrible. The drawers are not useable. No room for larger casserole dishes to set up right. The silverware basket should be more enclosed so when you put the silverware into the basket that aren't able to slip out the opening that is way too big. The unit does not dry. After ever wash I have to dry everything in the dishwasher, no matter what setting I use for drying. The top drawer for larger cooking utensils makes no sense. There isn't enough room for anything. The drawer just takes up space so I removed it. I could not pick my appliances as they were provided by the builder. But I don't like it all.

Well worth the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my 19 year old Frigidaire. I found it on sale and loved the features including the 3rd rack for utensils. We have run several cycles and I am 100% happy with the cleaning and drying. It’s also much quieter than my previous dishwasher. I have a family of 4 and we run it every 2-3 days. It was easy to install (I did it myself) and we were up and running in no time. Definitely recommend.

Not as good as it used to be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am comparing to a 7 year old Frigidaire model FGID2466QF4A.
Everything is not as good. The tine placement is too tight and they are very thin. The silverware basket has issues. The ability to save a favorite wash cycle is gone. The racks seem more unstable and wiggle around a lot. The Tine configuration won't hold many of the more common cooking pots and utensils. That results in hand washing. The fold down tines are gone. Not very versatile.
I used to just close the door and it restarted. It was also easy to just reset and cancel a cycle not with this one.
The mounting hardware was just two brackets and I needed more and the retail cost is 10% of the total price for two pieces of bent metal and screws. The silverware rack (top) is cute, but not very useful.
Did I say the rear leveling mechanism does not work? I tried to turn the screw and it would not function. The worm gear would not turn the leveling leg. The result was disassembling the leveling screw and manually adjusting until it was right, then putting it back together.
On the bright side, It is quiet and does seem to clean the dishes, though the cycles are a bit long.
