So quiet

Excellent dishwasher, cleans very well, installation was terrible experience

I was looking for a much above average washing capability, this dishwasher does that. Installation was a 3 week nightmare. 1st! Installation per the enclosed manuals is a complete impossibility, the diagrams cannot be followed!! I have installed numerous dishwasher for my self and friends and family. There are no pre-molded pathways for the electrical line nor for the water supply, nor for the exhaust water. Several attempts had to be tried to find a way not to crimp water those utilities. That entailed putting the washer part way in, taking it out, putting it in again etc. This entailed adding some additional lines to reach everything. This was the 5th DW for the cabinet since we moved in. Nothing fit right for this DW. We finally got the unit in the cabinet, and could not find anyway to secure it to the cabinet. The diagrams are a physical impossibility. Again, we had to modify the enclosed fasteners to make it secure. The rest of the instructions are straight forward but don't expect the unit to start without some dexterity and magic prowess!. It took us a week to get a sequence down to reliably start the unit. It does a great job of cleaning! Racks sometimes stick or get caught during movement.

Difficult to install

It has a great method to raise and lower the back of the unit but the front adjustable legs are very hard to raise and lower. If the unit was to use an easily accessible adjustment process I would be giving it 5 stars.

New Frigidaire Dishwasher
