Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher a few years ago. At the beginning I was disappointed that it wasn't available in anything other than stainless steel but that may have been the store's choice. I wasn't happy with how the dishes fit into the racks but thought I'd get used to it since my other dishwasher was very old. I am very unhappy with the dishwasher. Bowls don't want to stay upright and plates fall over on each other. My old dishwasher seemed to hold more including pots and pans. I've had it too long to return so I put up with it. As soon as I can afford a new one I'll be buying one.

Expected better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher to replace the original dishwasher from 1963 so I expected to see a big difference but I haven't. I use the heavy wash cycle because normal wasn't cleaning my dishes and even using heavy I end up washing 1/4 of what I put in the dishwasher. I rinse everything to point of it almost being clean and still comes out with dirty dishes. The control on top panel is extremely hard to use, I can't just touch the start pad but I have to rub and rub it to get it to turn on and then rub it and rub it to get it to show close. Not sure how long this will last as it's already showing an indent on the start pad. I have many Frigidaire products and have been very happy with the brand until now.
