New to Frigidaire

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm new to Frigidaire appliances. I usually go for GE or Samsung but times are tough and I can't afford what GE or Samsung offers anymore. My sisters has all Frigidaire appliances and she loves them. I went a year without a dishwasher (Besides the kids lol) I'm a Favor delivery drive and so I work for tips and it took me a year to save enough to get my Frigidaire dishwasher and I'm loving it. My dishes are so clean I don't have to re-wash them anymore. Being a female with no electrical or plumbing experience it was fairly easy to install myself with the help of YouTube. The only question I have is, is it supposed to have a spinning attachment on the top of the dishwasher?

Not as good as we expecxted

Powdered detergents do not fully dissolve, even when selected high temperature wash in Normal cycle. Switched to gel detergent to solve that problem.
Silverware in 3rd rack (way at the top) do not get clean even with gel!
Only positive is very large capacity, although having to use the supplied silverware caddy reduces the usable space on the bottom rack.
If it was economical feasible would replace it.

Sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with your dishwasher. We recommend mixing items in each section of the basket with some pointing up and some down to avoid nesting as water spray cannot reach nested items.
