Lots of space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this dishwasher for a couple of weeks now - with three kids and the quarantine, it is safe to say that it has been used much more than if kids were in school! It not only cleans dishes with food not scrubbed, but has amazing space. I love how much cleaner the utensils are with the third/top shelf separation. We can also wash so much more in each load with the traditional utensil holder removed! (In the picture, it is pulled out, but does come with it.)

Love the Design!

This dishwasher is miles better than the one it replaced. I love the thought put into the design. The top rack is great for smaller items like lids, large knifes and cooking utensils. You can even take out the standard silverware tray for more room on the bottom rack and use the top third rack for silverware. I found that this unit does a great job of getting off caked on food you don't need to scrub before putting the dishes in. One of the things that surprised me most is how remarkably quiet it is when running. If your in the market for quality washer with great features you have found the one!

Jury is Out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher generally seems to be OK. Dishes are clean but not completely dry regardless of the setting used. Dishwasher racks seem flimsy and cheaply made. Silverware basket does not sit securely and must bounce around, also it has overly large openings and smaller items have fallen out

Wet & Not Everything Clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher has a lot of great features; 3rd rack for silverware (don't have to bend over to reach right side silverware rack), 2nd rack moves up so big stuff can be loaded in the bottom.....but the drying fan doesn’t get all dishes dry even though suggested Cascade tabs & rinse aid in use. Didn't know our hot water had to be really hot to make the difference in performance. Our water heater is to far away & not hot enough. Top rack silverware doesn't always come out clean. It is VERY quiet

Disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very expensive disappointment! I have been using this dishwasher for about two months. I have to run it more often because it doesn’t clean everything if it is full. I bought it for the third level rack but nothing gets clean unless the second rack is empty – so it is really not useable. The bottom rack is flimsy when you roll it in and out, and the wires are so far apart glasses and mugs want to fall through. You must put the silverware in straight up and down or it falls through the side of the basket – very frustrating! The stainless-steel front of the dishwasher is hard to clean, it leaves streaks and water spots. Because there is no heater to dry, it takes 3 hours for a normal wash. I regret buying this dishwasher and would NOT recommend it to anyone.

Flawed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where do I start? The top row silverware rack does not clean the silverware. It is only useful if you pre-wash the silverware, then load. The bottom rack for silverware often gets jammed when the bottom rack is closed. The spacing in the bottom silverware rack is not close enough, so spoons and small utensils often get jammed and are difficult to remove. The bottom rack does not support larger pots and pans very well as the spacing is too tight. In addition, large pot lids have to be placed at steep angle to prevent the spray arm from functioning. The soap dispenser is useless as the water distribution does not dissolve the soap pods. The soap pods have to be placed at the bottom of the dishwasher.

Upgrade!

This model is awesomely quiet and does an amazing job cleaning and drying the dishes. The third rack is such a great feature and now I always use this for my utensils and it always comes out nice and clean. I’m quite happy to have upgraded!
