Great appliance but some disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher about a month and a half ago. And was really thrilled with it! So many great features! Then it quit draining and I needed a new pump - very disappointing. Frigidaire got me a repair man really quickly but still dismayed that it needed repair so soon.

Pleasantly Surprised

Great Space Utilization And Cycle Selection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishes and silverware load easily and based upon how dirty the dishes or pots are you can reduce or add cycle time or features to the wash. Silverware has two location and the top location can handle large utensils. Definitely a dishwasher upgrade compared to the previously owned top of the line dishwasher.

I love the quietness but the top rack...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The narrow top rack for knives or whatever doesn’t clean well. I’m not sure why-it seems like water isn’t able to get through the tight openings properly. Perhaps if they made it less thick-too many teeth comb areas
