Two weeks of hard work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are a family that utilizes every room, wall and appliance every day. The appliances are especially run hard. So two weeks in my house is probably a 1.5 months in an average American home. This thing is quiet, actually cleans as its supposed to, does not leave a smell on the dishes and has a clean, utilitarian minimalism that I can appreciate. So far so good.

Hoping for many happy years together

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this dishwasher for a week. It fits nicely in the space, looks ok, installed easily, and is fairly quiet, although not as quiet as my old GE Profile. It cleans the dishes well, so that's the most important thing; I've learned it does not need to be on the highest settings (takes 188 minutes!) to work well. Mostly, I keep it on normal or energy-saving settings (more like an hour and a half vs over 3 hours of run time.) The racks are my biggest complaint; cereal bowls do not fit well on either rack, and both racks seem flimsy and do not pull in and out easily. I can live with that as long as that flimsy feel does not translate into broken in 6 months. I wish at least some of the tines were able to be collapsed; the entire bottom rack is set for plates, and I usually have way more bowls than plates. Also, I am not a fan of having to use a rinse aid; it feels like it doesn't rinse off, and then you're eating chemicals, so I wish I could at least adjust how much is used. I don't think I'll fill it at all after this sample amount is used. Overall, I'll rate this dishwasher average for now.

My New Dishwasher

Poor drying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to turn my hot water temp. up and use the high water temp. feature on the dishwasher to finally get dry dishes. New dishwashers due a poor job of drying dishes unless the water temperature is about 130 degrees. It also helps to have the rinse aide setting fairly high as well. Other than the drying issue it seems to do a good job of washing.
