No hard food disposal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed my new dish washer yesterday, was supprised when I read the paperwork with the dishwasher. I had purchased the dishwasher based of the adds I had read, which stated that it had a hard food disposal, the paper work with the dishwasher states it only has a filter. If it was not installed now I would take it back.

That’s a really frustrating situation, especially when the product doesn’t match what was advertised. It’s understandable you’d feel misled, especially after relying on the information you read before purchasing. A filter instead of a hard food disposal is a pretty significant difference, especially if you were expecting the convenience of not having to pre-rinse your dishes. I can see why you’d want to take it back if it weren’t already installed.
