Cheaply built, not effective at washing

This dishwasher is cheaply built, the racks come off the track all the time and just have a cheap feel. I have tried every possible setting to see if the cleaning would improve and there have been no improvements. I have also tried changing detergents and no improvements. This dishwasher also does not dry at all, even with the heat dry the dishes come out with water on them. I have had this looked at by my plumber and there is nothing wrong mechanically. I have only been using this for a few months and I will never buy another Frigidaire dishwasher. At this point it is easier to hand wash the dishes as I know they will at least be clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with my new dishwasher, it is as quiet as a mouse. I am still trying different cycles to see what will work best for me. I live alone so I don't have a lot of dishes daily.
My old dish washer was a Frigidaire but it was 19 years old and very noisy, I am hoping this one lasts as long as the old one did.

Poor design

This dishwasher is super quiet. That is the only positive comment. The upper and lower racks are poorly designed making the quality and quantity of the wash below average. The additional 3rd rack can be thrown in the garbage immediately. The silverware rack is constantly allowing silverware to slide through because it is engineered with several large holes in the back of it. Never had a dishwasher this poorly designed. Do not recommend this unit
