I splurged on the stainless steel, 3rd rack, top controls and every single day I regret it. The silverware caddy gets hung on the side EVERY time it’s closed. The design is horrible. The bottom rack NEVER rolls back in easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the dishwasher is better than the lower grade dishwashers but not blown away. doesn't dry very well, the jet drips water, the dish placement is weird and it's loud.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We chose a new Frigidaire dishwasher to replace an older Frigidaire largely because I always liked the way my old one cleaned. This new one has NOT disappointed me in cleaning ability AND it has given me a lot more space, including a 3rd rack! We definitely made the right decision buying Frigidaire!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the frigidaire brand and this unit as good looking, extremely quiet, and cleans well, but I have two MAJOR complaints. 1. th bottom rack NEVER strays on track and has to be fiddled with, cajoled, and talked dirty to to get it back in (wider wheels or mor definite tracks in the door?) 2. Whatever engineer thought closely packed tiny fingers on the racks would be ideal needs to be sent back through 3rd grade. That's when I learned to load racks. Tiny fingers don't want to hold stoneware plates upright and tightly packed doesn't allow baking pans and fry pans etc to be included.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Plus Side: Stainless Steel inside, easy to keep clean Very Quite Easy Controls Con Side: The drawers seem a bit cheap, the very to rack feels like it is going fall out. the bottom rack doesn’t always want to roll back and forth correctly the silverware holder doesn’t mount to anything, it just sits in the bottom rack
