[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It doesn't fully dry the dishes.. I'm not sure why. I've tried reading into it and can't figure it out. I also feel like some sort of film is left on the dishes but that could be the tabs I use. I like the different shelves although I don't understand what the top shelf is for

Rinse aid improves drying, reduces water spots, and prevents filming. With it, water sheets off dishes rather than forming droplets. In some models, you can adjust rinse aid levels. And you can also select the NORMAL WASH and HI-TEMP WASH pads along with a Rinse Aid agent for improved drying performance.
