Good washing and drying - difficult bottom rack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this dishwasher for about a month now. This dishwasher has exceeded my expectations in terms of washing and drying dishes. I replaced an older dishwasher that dried plastic fairly well and kept getting told “these new dishwashers just don’t have the power to dry plastic.” That’s not been the case at all! I use a rinse aid and this dishwasher dries plastic as well as or maybe better than the old dishwasher. While there is usually some water droplets left on my plastic items, it is not excessive at all. My parents also purchased a new dishwasher recently (different brand) and it is ridiculous how terrible it is when it comes to drying dishes. I’m extremely pleased with this Frigidaire overall. I’ve put in casserole dishes with baked-on gunk, my slow cooker basin, dirty bowls and plates - all come out clean every time.
I am also really enjoying the third rack! It’s really good for my son’s smaller cup parts as well as larger utensils.
My one and only complaint is that the bottom rack is a bit difficult. You must pull it out and push it in at the exact right angle, or it catches and won’t slide inside the dishwasher easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is very quit and does a good job of cleaning dishes and silverware.
To get the dishes completely dry, a rinse aide must be used.
My biggest complaint is the silverware basket. It leaves a lot to be desired. The sides have open gaps, so if you are not careful when putting silverware into the basket, the items can fall out onto the floor. I wonder how many times I had to pick up a piece of my silverware off of the floor because I was a little careless in how I put the item into the basket. I think whoever designed the basket should have tried it out before putting it into production.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems like dishes get clean, but they are NOT dry and inside of dishwasher is wet and ends up smelling moldy. Paid more for a stainless steel dishwasher as it is supposed to get hotter and dry better - not the case.

Great Dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this dishwasher! Cleans wonderfully and good cycles to choose from. The 3rd rack is convenient, but wobbly when pulling it out. The bottom rack is sort of “freestanding” so is not on a track. This is different from previous ones that we have owned, and are still getting used to it.
