[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WE are very disappointed in this dishwasher. It leaves the dishes very wet even after a four hour wash/dry cycle. We have had some success getting dryer dishes by setting a delayed start, as Frigidaire recommends for this problem, but this means it takes Five hours to get from start to clean dishes under a normal cycle. Also, the lower rack has spindles that are so close together that it is hard to fit in anything wider than the flattest plate. Finally, there is no way to tell when the cycle is finished. There are no indicator lights of any sort on the exterior of the machine, which makes for a very clean look, but frustrating functionality. We are back to taping a note on the front to tell if it is clean or not!

Here are the troubleshooting steps that we can do to check if it's going to work with the issues that you're having for not drying, please make sure that the items are properly placed. Also Please used heated dry since Air Dry Option does not use heated dry and therefore items will be wet. Aside from that in order to improve drying performance, it is necessary to have Rinse Aid in the dispenser. There should be a small window indicating how much Rinse Aid is in your dispenser. please Press and hold the "Energy saver" and "delay time" pad for 5 seconds until the status window shows rinse aid level. If you're not using Rinse Aid, make sure that you check the water heater is in the correct temperature and make sure that there's no clogged in the filters and glass trap. In regards with the lower rack, please make sure that you follow the proper placing of dishes into the rack. Very happy

I love it it’s so quiet, and holds so much, everything sparkles when finished, my only issue is some items are still damp when the full cycle is over, just open the door a bit and empty latter

The Old and New

I am doing a remodel of my kitchen and have decided to keep my 48 yr old Frigidaire range and add the new dishwasher and new refrigerator. Still waiting for the fridge. But all are Frigidaire!
