[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is less than 6 months old and does NOT dry the dishes. It leaves pools of water on all the surfaces of the dishes.

Hi, Hbui! We appreciate your feedback and we’ll be happy to help! For the best drying results, ensure that you're using rinse aid, along with the heated-dry option of your dishwasher. The amount dispensed can be adjusted as per the instructions of the use and care on page 14. Also, cups with a concave bottom will collect water. Be sure to load them at the far left of the upper rack so that they are tilted. So Far So Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only run it through 3 cycles, so this review is premature, but I needed to complete it in order to enter the sweepstakes drawing. This machine is quiet and efficient, and does what a dishwasher is supposed to do - cleans dishes. I just hope I can get good mileage out of it.
