Works great. 3rd shelf if pretty cool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been installed about two weeks and works great so far. 3rd shelf is very cool. My only suggestion would be to have more under the device for the power cord and water supply. It was pretty difficult getting them hooked up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being heavy handed it takes me a while to adjust my touch for the push controls. Why does it take more than 1 hour to clean. Why does i20 pop up as error when there is nothing in the filter nor wire crinkled? Plus is how silent it is and capacity.

An i20 error means the unit did not drain completely. We recommend ensuring the knockout plug was removed if the unit is connected to a garbage disposer and that the hose is at the correct height of a minimum of 32" from the floor.

Drying

Works OK but rather noisy drying cycle doesn’t really do much I don’t see a coil anymore

We are glad to hear the dishwasher is working well for you except for a few concerns. We aim to make the unit as quiet as possible however, there are still some sounds you may hear during operation. Normal sounds you may hear include water filling, water circulation, and motor sounds.
