Quiet

A very quiet running machine for open room floorplans. But the baskets are flimsy and do not roll well. The silverware baskets flop over and tip. I run the bottom of the baskets thru the first set of tines to keep it upright. Maybe Frigidaire should have people that actually USE a dishwasher help design the interiors!! I would reconsider purchasing if I had the chance.

Insulation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm trying to find out if this unit comes with the insulation blanket that I have always seen on other dishwashers. The installers from the appliance store told me no. So I'm pretty certain it should have insulation. If anyone out there can verify this, please do so, Thanks so much

So much better than the one we had before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we bought our house it came with another brand dishwasher that I can only assume the builders found on the side of the road somewhere. It barely cleaned our dishes, never dried them, and the inside of the washer grew mold and mildew like a pirate’s underwear. We are in Florida, so that’s expected to some extent, but this was like our dishwasher took a trip to the swamp every night to wash our dishes. After five years of barely mediocre service, it wasn’t even pumping water anymore. So, we decided on the Frigidaire. It’s very much like going from The Flintstones to The Jetsons. The dishwasher tub is stainless steel, the controls are easy, and gone are the days of swampy pirate dishes! Now, our dishes are actually clean! It’s amazing! I would recommend this to EVERYONE!
