Works well but is not quiet

There’s good and bad aspects of this dishwasher. Everything always comes out clean and very dry - even plastics. I love having the third rack. It expands the capacity of what can go in. My biggest complaint though is the noise. It is not quiet. To the point of having a hard time hearing the TV

Great Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent Dishwasher, lots of space. the sprayer design opens up the bottom rack for more dishes. Takes a little longer for a wash cycle, but it does clean them very well.

Quiet and effective

I have reservations about the skinny top rack - while nice in theory, it feels flimsy and one of the clips that hold it to the roller has broken aleady so it tends to jam.

Doesn’t dry dishes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher looks great…but it doesn’t get dishes dry no matter the setting. The bottom tray is so low to the ground. The instruction book needs to explain the operation more.

Don't trust the incentivized reviews

I noticed in my research lots of the reviews were incentivized. I shouldn't have trusted them. I mean the most helpful favorable review on this site starts out by saying they are very disappointed. Why they gave a 4 star for that is beyond me.
Sadly I trusted the store employee who said if the trays were hard to pull out it could just be from people testing it in store. This is a huge design flaw. They should pull out smoothly since it's something we do many times every single day. Also it really doesn't get the dishes that clean.
