Great product for a great price!

Purchased due to needing an upgrade (our last Frigidaire dishwasher lasted 13 years problem free!) love the third rack and everything comes out crystal clean and dry! I have noticed Cascade brand is the way to go and makes a huge difference!

Very disappointed. A week after dishwasher was delivered it started running on its - motor running with no water for 10 minutes, then go offer for 30 seconds. Pushing Cancel did not stop it. This cycle went on for two hours. I could stop it only by switching off the breaker.
My certified repair person had to call Frigidaire directly for advice. Was told that it was a new feature that got rid of extra suds. The machine did not have extra suds. This new feature seems to be a dud.

Good washing and drying - difficult bottom rack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this dishwasher for about a month now. This dishwasher has exceeded my expectations in terms of washing and drying dishes. I replaced an older dishwasher that dried plastic fairly well and kept getting told “these new dishwashers just don’t have the power to dry plastic.” That’s not been the case at all! I use a rinse aid and this dishwasher dries plastic as well as or maybe better than the old dishwasher. While there is usually some water droplets left on my plastic items, it is not excessive at all. My parents also purchased a new dishwasher recently (different brand) and it is ridiculous how terrible it is when it comes to drying dishes. I’m extremely pleased with this Frigidaire overall. I’ve put in casserole dishes with baked-on gunk, my slow cooker basin, dirty bowls and plates - all come out clean every time.
I am also really enjoying the third rack! It’s really good for my son’s smaller cup parts as well as larger utensils.
My one and only complaint is that the bottom rack is a bit difficult. You must pull it out and push it in at the exact right angle, or it catches and won’t slide inside the dishwasher easily.

Worst dishwasher ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible dishwasher. Does not get dishes clean, leaves soap on dishes. Returned to store for a different brand which is unfortunate because now my appliance brands don't match.

They don't make them like they used to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher cleans well enough, even though it takes 2 hours to do it. The problem I have is the design. The third rake is too small to hold cooking untencils. The door sits low because of the third rake and I bang my shin on it when stepping close to reach the silverware holder. The silverware holder is designed with huge spaces that the silverware falls through when loading. Lastly, the tines are all angled which limits how many dishes can be loaded and what direction they have to face. I frequently do dishes by hand now, so I don't have to mess with it.
