[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t this dishwasher, because the dishes don’t get dry. I use time aid and high temperatures and hot water to wash. After 187 minutes the dishes and the bottom is still wet.
Can I return it to your company. Or you have to send someone to repair it for me. Bad bad bad

We regret to learn that you have not been pleased with the drying performance of your dishwasher. Using rinse aid and having your water heater set to 120f are important and we would like to provide a few additional tips to help improve the process.
• Utilize the Heat Dry option
• Please note that it is normal for plastic products and items with concave surfaces to retain small amounts of water.
• Do not overlap dishes, preventing water from sheeting off properly.

New Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only two things keep this review from being a perfect 5 stars. The racks feel very light. The bottom rack frequently falls off the track, and it does it empty or full. The silverware basket does not securely attach to the rack just perches on the side of the bottom rack and the openings are narrow. The dishwasher cleans great and is quiet. Just with the racks were more sturdy.

Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fits a lot of dishes that are plates and bowls. But the tines don't accommodate pans, casserole dishes and larger items easily. The racks don't seem very sturdy and don't roll smoothly. But it is quiet and ultimately does the job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher to replace my 10 year old one. It is way quieter than my old one. It seems to clean just fine. I've put dishes in all three racks and they all come out clean and 95 percent dry. The silverware drawer frees up space on the bottom rack and the upper rack can be adjusted higher or lower for bigger items.
So far, my only complaint is the leveling. The instructions are very unclear on how to level the dishwasher using the rear adjuster screw. The rear adjuster screw is also made of a cheap plastic that pops out of place easily.
Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.
