[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] control panel is on top of door, when closed it is under counter; suggestion for design change- move the handle down, configure control panel on front top of door at 45 degree angle; then you could read the panel when closed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The third shelf of utensils do not get clean or dry even with a small load. The bottom tray is very flimsy and slides off rack very easily.

Ensure not to over crowd your dish racks to allow proper water and heat follow throughout the appliance. When it comes to the spray arm, make sure it is secure so that when it is spinning it will not fall onto the heating element. at about 6 months old, the dishwasher started making a loud noise and displayed an error code. I called support and a tech came out and “repaired” it. Nearly 2 months later, I am waiting on the 4th service call. As a result, will NEVER purchase another Frigidaire or ElectroLux product.
